Opportunity

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to supplement our growing IT team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be the primary escalation contact for all things IT. You will be responsible for a wide breadth of Enterprise-level SaaS products and work with your colleagues to improve and refine the processes within. This role is full-time remote, preferably located in the eastern US, UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Be an escalation point for other IT Staff.
  • Support employees and contractors around the world.
  • Manage SaaS tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
  • Own internal MDM tools (Kandj/Google Workspace).
  • Create and maintain internal process documentation.
  • Own employee lifecycle management and processes.
  • Build automation to support IT and the rest of the business.
  • Provide onboarding training to new hires.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting macOS and mobile (iOS/Android) devices.
  • 3+ years of experience as a domain administrator in Google Workspace
  • 2+ years of managing a MDM tool (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Airwatch, etc)
  • Experience managing SAML Single Sign-On IdP services (Google Identity, Okta, OneLogin, etc.)
  • Experience troubleshooting audio/video conferencing applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex) and VOIP services (Zoom Phone, Dialpad, RingCentral).
  • Experience with corporate networks (VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Ability to provide compassion and understanding with your colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



Nice to Have

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification
  • Experience with a scripting language (Python, bash, node.js, etc)
  • Experience with security and privacy audits, such as SOC 2.
