The Campaign Marketing Manager will build a deep understanding of the buyer journey and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaign messaging, manage campaign execution and measure campaign performance. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams to create and deploy compelling campaigns to generate demand for UJET’s platform and solutions.


  • Collaborate closely with Demand Gen, SDRs, and Channel teams to coordinate, execute and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop quarterly campaign plan and work with cross-functional teams to execute campaign tactics
  • Produce copy for weekly Demand Gen emails, landing pages, and newsletters as needed
  • Assist in driving internal awareness and alignment for campaigns and events across the company, and ensure teams are equipped with the resources they need to help us execute and succeed
  • Report on results from existing and new efforts to determine marketing engagement (email opens, clicks, web traffic, and more) and funnel impact in the form of leads, opportunities, and pipeline revenue
  • Work directly with the Demand Gen team, agencies and other stakeholders to successfully launch and manage campaigns, including webinars, events, content syndication, sponsorships, and more

Who You Are:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing campaigns, with proven ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from execution to measurable results
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation and some experience with ABM tools (preferably Marketo and 6Sense) and Salesforce
  • Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including, but not limited to: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, websites and landing pages, account based ads, social targeting, etc.
  • You’re inquisitive and innovative. You have a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth.
  • Strong collaborator who partners with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results
  • Excellent project management skills to plan and execute on multiple marketing projects at the same time, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high energy environment with minimal direction
