Opportunity :

We are looking for an early career IT professional to join our growing IT staff. You will be the first point of contact for the organization and be responsible for triaging, resolving, or escalating issues for our global employees. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to administer and manage a wide range of Enterprise-level SaaS applications. This position is required to be local to our San Francisco office and work from the office at least part-time.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to internal support requests via Slack and Email.
  • Help employees and contractors with macOS and SaaS Applications.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
  • Work with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Kandji.
  • Ship and receive IT related equipment.
  • Keep accurate inventory of laptops and accessories.
  • Maintain conference rooms in our San Francisco office.
  • Be exposed to a wide breadth of Enterprise level IT tools.
  • Work from the San Francisco office 2-3 days a week.
  • Collaborate with Senior IT staff regularly.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • At least one year working in an office environment.
  • Experience in supporting Apple hardware and software.
  • Ability to provide compassion and understanding with your colleagues.
  • Passion for problem solving.
  • Not be afraid to ask questions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize incoming tickets.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification
  • Experience with a scripting language (Python, bash, node.js, etc)
